Have been working really hard. Overtime.
Stayed over at my aunt's place yesterday.
The sales for the shop has been really good.
I've been having the same thing for two meals.

Cycled down to 126 last night.
Sparring practice was tiring.
Sprained my thumb in the process.
That's the only injury i guess.
I don't sense any pain at other areas.
Cycling down to east coast park today.
